Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised OMV AG (”OMV”) and OMV Exploration & Production GmbH (“OMV E&P”), a subsidiary of OMV, on the sale of 100% of the shares in its wholly owned subsidiary OMV (U.K.) Limited (“OMV UK”) to Siccar Point Energy Limited, Aberdeen. White & Case LLP advised P3 Logistic Parks (P3) and leading global investment company TPG Real Estate (the previous owner of the P3 developer alongside Ivanhoe Cambridge) on the sale of P3 to GIC, a sovereign wealth fund established by the government of Singapore. With a transaction value of EUR 2.4 billion (nearly 65 billion Czech crowns), this represents the largest deal on the European real estate market this year, and the largest real estate deal ever in the Czech Republic.
Baker & McKenzie advised the owners of Fragrance Resources, an internationally active fragrance producer with operating units in Germany, the USA, France and China, on the sale of the company. The buyer was the US-listed perfume producer IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances), based in New York. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is still subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities and is expected to be completed in January 2017.
Houthoff Buruma advised European Pressphoto Agency (EPA) with the exit of Deutsche Presse-Agentur (dpa) and the acquisition of a majority stake in EPA by Spanish international news agency Agencia EFE, S.A.

Clifford Chance has advised the founders, Thomas Boner and Enno Scheel et al., and Capiton, the financial investor, on the sale of ZytoService Group to the IK VIII Fund of IK Investment Partners, which was launched in 2016. The parties have agreed not to disclose any details of the transaction.
Closing is subject to legal and regulatory approvals. Thomas Boner and Enno Scheel will continue to be shareholders and managing directors of ZytoService. Clifford Chance also advised on the founders' reinvestment.

Medivir AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm) has entered into an agreement with Karo Pharma AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm) regarding the sale of Medivir’s subsidiary BioPhausia (Nordic Brands) to Karo Pharma. The purchase price is SEK 908 million and the transaction is expected to close by mid-December 2016.
