Kohlberg to Sell e+CancerCare to Alliance HealthCare

Paul, Weiss is representing Kohlberg & Company L.L.C. in its sale of e+CancerCare to Alliance HealthCare Services. The transaction is expected to close following receipt of customary financial and regulatory approvals. Alliance Healthcare Services is a leading national provider of outsourced healthcare services, and e+ is a major operator of outpatient cancer care centers, with 24 locations in 10 states. Upon completion of the deal, e+ will join Alliance Oncology, a division of Alliance HealthCare Services.

Pinsent Masons advises on Burroughs Day administration

Pinsent Masons has advised Andy Hosking and Sean Bucknall of Quantuma, the joint administrators of Burroughs Day, on Burroughs Day’s pre-pack sale to Metcalfes Solicitors.

Burroughs Day, a 190-year old Bristol law practice, called in administrators after financial difficulties meant its management could no longer keep the business running successfully. An immediate pre-pack administration sale was completed of the whole business  to city rival Metcalfes Solicitors.

The Swedish mobile gaming operator LeoVegas AB (publ) has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Intellectual Property & Software Limited (IPS) and other related assets from two further companies, including top brands such as 21.co.uk, Slotboss, Bet UK and UK Casino.

The acquisition will further strengthen LeoVegas' presence in the UK and its position as the leading mobile operator.

TPG Growth to Acquire Leading African Music and Entertainment Company TRACE

TPG Growth, a middle market and growth equity investment platform of the global private investment firm TPG, announced it will acquire a majority stake in TRACE, a market leader in afro-urban music and entertainment. The remaining stake will be owned by TRACE’s co-founder Olivier Laouchez and the TRACE management team.
