PARTNER MOVES - Lindsay Cooper Hayman joins Debevoise as IP litigation partner in San Francisco

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP announced that Lindsay Cooper Hayman has joined its San Francisco office as a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group, further deepening the firm’s patent and technology litigation capabilities. Ms. Cooper Hayman will join a robust bench of litigation partners in the office who together offer a holistic range of IP, commercial litigation, and white collar and regulatory defense expertise. Debevoise recently announced that it has signed a lease to double the size of its San Francisco office, which opened in 2021, to accommodate its rapid growth.

Global law firm, Clyde & Co has announced the appointment of medical negligence specialist Anthea Lane as a Partner, where she will be heading up a new Healthcare practice in Southampton.

Anthea brings more than 20 years’ experience in defending and managing clinical negligence matters on behalf of the NHS, as well as medical defence organisations. She joins from DAC Beachcroft where she has been employed since 2001, having been promoted to Senior Associate in 2010, and Partner in 2016.
