International law firm Simmons & Simmons has strengthened its corporate transactional offering in the Middle East by hiring Noor Al Heialy as partner in its Dubai office.
Joining Simmons from another international law firm, Noor brings an excellent track record advising on domestic and cross-border transactions and joint venture arrangements – with a strong focus on private equity matters.
