Debevoise recently announced that it has signed a lease to double the size of its San Francisco office, which opened in 2021, to accommodate its rapid growth.

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Raghav Bajaj has joined the firm’s Austin office as a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and Litigation & Trial Department. Bajaj is a skilled patent litigator whose practice focuses on contested Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including inter partes reviews (IPRs), post-grant reviews, and their respective appeals.

Global law firm, Clyde & Co has announced the appointment of medical negligence specialist Anthea Lane as a Partner, where she will be heading up a new Healthcare practice in Southampton.

Anthea brings more than 20 years’ experience in defending and managing clinical negligence matters on behalf of the NHS, as well as medical defence organisations. She joins from DAC Beachcroft where she has been employed since 2001, having been promoted to Senior Associate in 2010, and Partner in 2016.

Global law firm Hogan Lovells announced that leading power regulatory lawyer George (Chip) Cannon has joined the firm’s Global Regulatory and IP practice as a partner in Washington, D.C. Chip joins from A&O Shearman.
