PARTNER MOVES - Ashurst announces two significant corporate partner hires, including new head of M&A

Global law firm Ashurst has appointed a new Head of M&A (Australia), Neil Pathak, as part of a plan to further expand its offering across both public and private M&A in Australian and international markets.

Neil will join Ashurst in July 2023 as a senior partner, along with M&A and private equity expert Susannah Macknay, who joined in June 2023.

Joy's practice focuses on regulated outsourcings by financial institutions and the operational aspects of financial services regulation, combining both commercial and regulatory expertise when helping clients.
