Nosal is the second litigation partner to join the Boston office in as many months. Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Will Chalk as partner in the London corporate team

Will joins from Addleshaw Goddard where he was a partner and head of corporate governance. Focusing on governance, corporate compliance and listed company issues, he advises listed, AIM quoted and larger private companies. Will has also acted as company secretary of a FTSE-listed telecommunications company and is a member of the Financial Reporting Council Reporting Lab's Steering Group. Will trained and practised at Ashurst before joining Addleshaws in 2002.

Sarah joins Arthur Cox from Kirkland & Ellis in London, where she was a partner in its Financial Services Regulatory team. Prior to this, Sarah also worked at Linklaters in its Financial Regulation Group for several years.

James joins DLA Piper as a lateral hire from international firm Allen & Overy, where he was a Special Counsel specialising in M&A and corporate law, ECM transactions and Head Office regulatory advice.
