PARTNER MOVES - BCLP Bolsters Employment Practice with Partner Hire in London

International law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) has hired Adam Lambert as a partner in the Employment and Labor Group.

Lambert, who joined the London office in October, has worked across a range of sectors, including asset management, professional services, publishing, manufacturing and hospitality. His experience includes large-scale employment disputes and global transactions. He was most recently a partner at Kingsley Napley.

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its national public finance practice with the addition of Darren C. McHugh. A veteran tax and public finance lawyer, McHugh has joined the firm as a partner in its Austin office.

McHugh has extensive tax law experience as it relates to public finance transactions, including governmental, 501(c)(3), housing and healthcare bonds. He also advises clients regarding the structuring process and tax requirements associated with tax-exempt transactions.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced that Isamu “Sam” Inohara, a corporate, M&A and securities lawyer with significant international experience, has joined its Tokyo office as a partner. Inohara, who focuses on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Morrison & Foerster in Tokyo.

Inohara has nearly two decades’ experience counselling public and private global Japanese and US-based companies on major cross-border acquisitions in various sectors, including financial institutions, transportation and technology.
