Davis Polk Advises Su Sih on Its Secondary Offering of TTM Technologies, Inc.’s Common Stock

Davis Polk advised Su Sih (BVI) Limited as the selling stockholder in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 13,800,000 shares of TTM Technologies, Inc.’s common stock. The total net proceeds to the selling stockholder from the offering were approximately $152 million.

Court gives go-ahead to acquisition in landmark case

In its first major competition law decision since it began operations in September, the newly established Patent- and Market Court of Appeal on 24 November 2016 turned down the Swedish Competition Authority's request to block Danish pipe manufacturer Logstor's acquisition of Swedish Powerpipe. The judgment is an important precedent in the field of merger control and will have an impact in the years to come. It is the first judgment from an appeals court and the first judgment to go against the Swedish Competition Authority in merger control cases since 1998.

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (Masen) on the NOOR PV I Programme which is part of Morocco's successful solar vision.

The NOOR PV I Programme, comprising three separate PV projects, NOOR Ouarzazate IV, NOOR Laâyoune and NOOR Boujdour, will have a combined capacity of 170MW. The projects have been financed by Masen with support from KfW (in respect of NOORo IV) and the proceeds of the first green bond issuance in Morocco. The private sector partner is ACWA Power, the leading Saudi-based electricity company.
