192 meters high, with 54 floors and 251 luxury apartments, Zlota 44 is the tallest residential tower in the European Union. It was designed by the acclaimed Polish-born American architect Daniel Libeskind, and is located in the central business district of Warsaw, right next to the Palace of Culture, the Intercontinental Hotel, as well as the Rondo I and Warsaw Financial Center office towers.
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Beijing Capital Juda Limited on its RMB2,372 million acquisition of three outlet projects in Beijing, Kunshan and Huzhou in China from its parent company, Beijing Capital Land Ltd. The acquisition will enable Capital Juda to become one of the largest nationwide outlets developer and operator in China.
International law firm Taylor Wessing has acted for City Pride Limited a vehicle for private overseas investors on the Facility Agreement for the £320m development financing of the Landmark Pinnacle – arguably the tallest consented residential tower in Europe (with associated Island Point site). Clifford Chance has advised Allianz Real Estate on a joint venture between Allianz Group and Hammerson plc for the takeover of "Dundrum Town Centre" in Dublin.
The joint venture partners acquired the "Project Jewel" loan portfolio last year, which included loans secured against "Dundrum Town Centre". The deal was one of the largest loan disposals ever to take place in Ireland and Clifford Chance also advised Allianz Real Estate on that transaction.

The Neptun Office Center is located in the Wrzeszcz district, between the city centers of Gdansk, Sopot, and Gdynia. It offers 16,000 sq.m. of modern Class A lettable office space across 18 floors, with 160 parking spaces in three underground levels.
