Dentons advises Expanscience on Nabucox acquisition

Dentons' Paris Managing Partner Pascal Chadenet and Associate Tanit Gendre advised Expanscience on Nabucox acquisition.
Expanscience, a dermatology and rheumatology-specialized laboratory, has purchased anti-osteoarthritis medication Nabucox from the independent, family-owned laboratory Mayoly Spindler, which specializes in gastroenterology, ENT and rheumatology.
 
This acquisition must be considered in the context of the high growth strategy Expanscience has been implementing since 2011 when it became independent.

Norton Rose Fulbright advises Greencoat on Kildrummy wind farm acquisition

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Greencoat UK Wind plc (Greencoat), the London-listed renewable infrastructure fund, on its acquisition of the 18.4MW Kildrummy Wind Farm located in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, for approximately £43.3 million from BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH (BayWa), a subsidiary of the BayWa Group (the German listed agriculture, building materials and energy group).

Hogan Lovells Advises MOL Group on $130M North Sea Acquisition

Hogan Lovells has advised MOL Group on the acquisition of six UK North Sea licences from Premier Oil UK Limited for US$130 million, subject to adjustment, announced on 30 June 2014.

MOL Group has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire interests in six Central North Sea offshore licences and related assets; including a balanced mix of existing and new production, as well as both operated and non-operated exploration opportunities in the Scott, Telford and Rochelle fields. The transaction is subject to certain third party and regulatory consents.

Linklaters advised TERNA ENERGY on wind farm acquisitions

The Linklaters Warsaw energy & infrastructure team acted for TERNA ENERGY Group, the Greek renewable energy sources company, which acquired three independent wind farms in northern Poland.

Lawyers advised on all aspects of the transaction, including drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, up to its closing. The first two projects were successfully closed in mid May 2014. The third one is expected to be closed in due course after the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.

Nabarro acts for Hermes and Canada Pension Plan in forward purchase of £150m South Bank Tower

Nabarro has advised the joint venture between Hermes and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) on their forward purchase of South Bank Tower for around £150 million. The acquisition is of the offices and retail elements, along with the residential ground rent income, from owners, Jadwa Investment and CIT Group.

DLA Piper advises Blackstone on the acquistion of a French-German logistics portfolio

DLA Piper has advised global asset management company Blackstone on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio. The logistics portfolio, located in France and Germany, comprises of 17 platforms and approximately 750,000 sq.m. and is intended to become part of Blackstone's logistics unit Logicor. The portfolio was aquired from Foncière des Régions, a French listed real estate investment trust.
