Ashurst acts as financiers counsel in the A$2.6 billion privatisation of the Land and Property Information

Ashurst has acted as financiers counsel to the Consortium who successfully won the bid to the exclusive 35 year concession, by the NSW Government, to operate the titling and registry services of the Land and Property Information (LPI).

The Consortium, comprised of Hastings Funds Management, First State Super and the Royal Bank of Scotland's pension fund, successfully won the bid to operate LPI in April 2017, and through the payment of the concession asset price on 30 June 2017, completed the $2.6 billion transaction.

Norton Rose Fulbright advises on acquisition and refinancing of the Matera II windfarm

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Renvico Italy Srl (Renvico) and Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 (MEIF 4) on the acquisition and refinancing of the 29.7 MW Matera II windfarm from Italian renewable energy company Asja Ambiente SpA.

The transaction comprised the acquisition by Renvico of the entire share capital of Meltemi Energia Srl, an SPV, and the simultaneous limited recourse refinancing provided by Société Générale and UBI Banca to the project company.

Mayer Brown advises Ho Bee Land on purchase of 67 Lombard Street, London

London — Mayer Brown has advised Ho Bee Land Limited, the Singapore-based listed real estate development and investment company, on the purchase of the freehold interest in 67 Lombard Street, London for circa £129 million.

Ho Bee Land acquired the 93,640 sq ft property through its wholly owned subsidiary, Stream Field Investments Limited, by purchasing Emmatown Properties Ltd from Green Property Holdings.

The nine-storey office building was refurbished in 2014 and is multi-let to six tenants, including Arthur J. Gallagher, a Fortune 500 company.

Mayer Brown advises Sinarmas Land Limited on purchase of 33 Horseferry Road, London

London — Mayer Brown has advised Sinarmas Land Limited, one of South East Asia’s largest property development companies, on the purchase 33 Horseferry Road, London for over £188 million.

The 180,600 sq ft property includes 163,761 sq ft of office space, which is fully let and occupied by the Department for Transport until December 2033, and ten ground floor retail units.

AXA IM – Real Assets acquires West Park office building in Paris (FR)

Advising AXA IM – Real Assets, a global leader in real asset investments and the leading real estate portfolio and asset manager in Europe, in connection with the acquisition of West Park, a fully pre-let office building in Paris, France, from LBO France. The acquisition has been made on behalf of AXA Selectiv’ Immo, a retail fund accessible to French retail investors mainly through life insurance contracts distributed by AXA France.

Stibbe advises Retail Estates, a Belgium investor in retail estate located in the periphery, on the acquisition of five retail parks in the Netherlands with a total investment value of EUR 75.6 million.

The retail parks are located in Apeldoorn, Middelburg, Veenendaal, Roosendaal and Alphen aan den Rijn and consist of 51 retail spaces, including tenants such as Beter Bed, Kwantum, Leen Bakker, Trendhopper, Auping, Gamma and Carpetright.

Setterwalls advised Arise in connection with its acquisition from Bergvik Skog and divestment to BlackRock of the wind farm Svartnäs

Setterwalls advised Arise AB (publ) in connection with the transactions in the projekt. Arise has acquired the wind farm from Bergvik Skog and developed the project. Thereafter Arise has divested the ready-to-build-projekt to a fund managed by BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager. Vestas will deliver 32 Vestas 3,6 MW wind turbines, and an agreement regarding sale of electricity and certificates has been entered into with Statkraft.
