Osborne Clarke advises Wirecard on acquisition of Citi’s Asia Pacific Merchant Acquiring Business

Osborne Clarke has advised Wirecard AG on the acquisition of the relevant assets of Citi’s merchant acquiring business in 11 markets in Asia Pacific (APAC).

The purchase includes a customer portfolio for merchant acquiring services in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, India, Australia and New Zealand, comprising a long-standing and reputable client base of more than 20,000 merchants.

Delphi has assisted Amasten in acquisition in Ronneby

Delphi has been legal advisor to Amasten in the acquisition of eight real properties in Ronneby with an underlying real estate value of SEK 248 million.

The real properties consist of 19,659 square meters and the areas for lease include 286 apartments and a few commercial properties.

Delphi’s team was led by partner Nina Persson, Olof Hagberg, Katarina Häggqvist, Linn Eriksson and Emelie Gustavsson.

Gleiss Lutz advises Pradera on the acquisition of a pan-European real estate portfolio of IKEA Centres

Gleiss Lutz has advised Pradera, one of Europe's leading specialist retail property fund and asset managers, as lead counsel on the acquisition of 25 prime retail parks in eight European countries for EUR 900 million. The parks, each located beside an Ikea store, have been sold to the Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp fund which is backed by equity investments from private wealth partnership, LJ Partnership. LJ Partnership took a significant minority stake in the business in May 2016.

Roschier represented eQ Finnish Real Estate in the acquisition of the Liila shopping center from a fund managed by Genesta.

Liila shopping center is located in Espoo with a lettable area of approximately 23,600 sqm. Major tenants include Lidl, Power, Toys R Us and Vepsäläinen. eQ Finnish Real Estate is a special investment fund managed by eQ Fund Management Company Ltd. Genesta is a fund and investment manager that specializes in commercial real estate in the Nordic countries.

Hannes Snellman Counsel to Pradera in the Acquisition of Retail Parks from IKEA

Hannes Snellman acted as local counsel to Pradera, one of Europe's leading specialist retail property fund and asset managers, in the acquisition of 25 prime retail parks in eight European countries with an aggregate value of EUR 900 million. The parks, each located beside an IKEA store, have been sold to the Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp fund, which is backed by equity investments from private wealth partnership, LJ Partnership. LJ Partnership took a significant minority stake in the business in May 2016.

WFW advises Capital Stage on acquisition of five solar plants in Italy

Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW“) has advised Capital Stage, Germany’s largest independent solar and wind park operator based in Hamburg and listed on the SDAX of the Deutsche Börse, on the acquisition from an Italian-German joint venture of five Italian solar parks financed by a major German Bank.

The five solar parks, with a total capacity of nearly 5 MW, are located in the province of Lecce (Apulia Region, south of Italy). The total investment volume, including debt financing on the project level, amounts to roughly €19.5m.

Walder Wyss advises Pradera on the acquisition of a Swiss real estate asset

Walder Wyss advises Pradera on the acquisition of a Swiss real estate asset within a pan-European real estate portfolio of IKEA Centres together with Gleiss Lutz acting as lead counsel.

The portfolio of retail parks situated next to IKEA stores comprises around 500 units with a gross lettable area of around 538,000 sqm. Completion on 17 assets located in Germany, France and Poland is expected on 4 April 2017, with a further eight retail parks in Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Czech Republic due to complete on 31 August.

Clifford Chance advises Amundi Real Estate on the acquisition of the "Rocket Tower" in Berlin

Clifford Chance advised an open fund managed by Amundi Real Estate on the acquisition of the "Rocket Tower" in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Amundi was joined by L‘Etoile Properties, who will henceforth act as property manager. The seller of the high-quality office building is a fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management.
