Digi Communications is the controlling shareholder of RCS & RDS S.A., a leading provider of telecommunication services in Romania and Hungary. The IPO comprised an offer of class B ordinary shares by existing shareholders. Each class B ordinary share confers the right to cast one vote.

DLA Piper has advised China Huarong Macau (HK) Investment Holdings Limited on its US$100 million investment in Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company Freeman Fintech Corporation Limited (Stock Code 279) in the form of convertible bonds. The secured convertible bonds have a four percent interest rate payable semi-annually to subscribers.
