Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Total on its agreement signed on November 25, 2016 regarding the feasibility and, in case of positive final investment decision, the development and operation of an LNG import and re-gasification infrastructure project with a capacity of 3 million tons per year.

Clifford Chance advised The Coca-Cola Company on the signing of definitive agreements relating to the re-alignment of the company's bottling operations in China, its third largest market by volume. The re-alignment involves the following inter-conditional transactions:

* Coca-Cola's Bottling Investments Group disposing all of its bottling units in China which are engaged in the manufacture, distribution and sale of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink (NARTD) beverages to Swire Beverages Holdings Limited (Swire) and COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages Limited (COFCO) respectively

Gide advises Bank of Communications on the establishment of its Paris branch

Gide has advised Bank of Communications, China’s fifth-largest commercial bank and the largest based in Shanghai, on the establishment of a branch in France of its Luxembourg subsidiary.

Located in Paris, the new branch will offer more support to the growing number of Chinese investments in Europe. Bank of Communications currently operates in four other European countries.

Gide’s advice covered all aspects of the project, including banking regulatory, corporate, tax, real estate and labour matters.

Cuatrecasas advises Multitel on the awarding of Mexico’s shared network
