The aggregates company Sand & Grus AB Jehander has divested its business within Region West to Swerock AB, a company within the PEAB Group. Through the transaction Sand & Grus AB Jehander divested its quarries Kållered, Kilanda Kuleskog and Fjärås, and all thereto related assets, to Swerock AB.
Verdion Properties has secured land and entered into construction and lease agreements for a major logistics facility in Staffanstorp just outside Malmö. The new facility will comprise 27,000 square meters of building area and will be used by a leading German car and motorcycle manufacturer to store and distribute spare parts for the Nordic market. Construction has just commenced and will be completed at the end of May 2017.

Addleshaw Goddard's Leeds construction team has completed the main building contract on behalf of Henry Boot Developments, a leading property developer, for the design and construction of a new £333m international exhibition and conference centre in Aberdeen.
The multimillion-pound development includes a new exhibition and conference centre, four-star hotel and energy centre. It is also expected to include a further hotel and 400,000 sq ft of business park space.

Stockholm County Council has, through Stockholm Public Transport (“SL”), awarded Stadler Bussnang AG an agreement to deliver new vehicles to Roslagsbanan.
