Motorworld group is taking on the operation of Munich’s latest attraction, Hi Sky, the world’s largest mobile Ferris wheel to be set up in the Munich district Werksviertel-Mitte. GSK Stockmann offered comprehensive legal advice to Motorworld group on concluding the operating agreement with Munich manufacturer MAURER SE.

DLA Piper represented Summit Infrastructure Group, Inc. (SummitIG), a network solutions and bandwidth infrastructure provider, in its majority recapitalization by SDC Capital Partners.

The transaction will provide SummitIG with increased access to capital in support of its planned growth. The company's extensive network infrastructure includes more than 500 route miles of unique, newly constructed and 100 percent underground metro and long-haul routes that enable custom-designed, fiber-based solutions for its expansive customer base.

CMS advised PingProperties on several agreements including a franchise agreement in relation to the rebranding of Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport to Ibis Styles, a brand of AccorHotels.

The Ibis Styles Amsterdam Airport will have 141 rooms and will run on green energy to comply with Planet21, AccorHotels' sustainability program. Furthermore, the hotel offers a free shuttlebus service to Amsterdam Airport.

Kirkland Represents Bristol-Myers Squibb on Acquisition of Celgene Corporation for Approximately $74 Billion

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) on its agreement to acquire Celgene Corporation (NASDAQ: CELG) in a cash and stock transaction with an equity value of approximately $74 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, Celgene shareholders will receive 1.0 Bristol-Myers Squibb share and $50.00 in cash for each share of Celgene. Celgene shareholders will also receive one tradeable Contingent Value Right (CVR) for each share of Celgene, which will entitle its holder to receive a payment for the achievement of future regulatory milestones.
