HERBERT SMITH FREEHILLS ADVISES ALINTA ENERGY ON YANDIN WIND FARM

Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Alinta Energy on the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) procurement and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) procurement of its Yandin Wind Farm, a 214MW project located near the town of Dandaragan, approximately 175 km north of Perth in Western Australia.

Alinta Energy has committed to construct the project, engaging Vestas as the EPC and O&M contractor. Construction is due to begin in mid-2019, with the wind farm expected to be fully operational by mid-2020. The wind farm will consist of 51 4.2MW turbines.

(HNA Finance I) and Hong Kong International Construction Investment Management Group Co., Limited (HKICIM) in relation to the proposed disposal by HNA Finance I of its 69.5% shareholding in HKICIM to Times Holdings II Limited (Times Holdings) and the possible mandatory general offers (Offers) to be made by Times Holdings to acquire all the issued shares in, and to cancel all outstanding share options of, HKICIM.

Slaughter and May advised HKICIM on the acquisition of a Hong Kong office building

Slaughter and May advised Hong Kong International Construction Investment Management Group Co., Limited (HKICIM), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on the acquisition of CentreHollywood, a 26-storey office building on Hollywood Road, Hong Kong. HKICIM acquired the property by way of a sale and purchase of the holding company and related shareholder loans for HK$700,000,000.  The transaction constituted a discloseable transaction for HKICIM under Chapter 14 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Following an extensive selection process managed by Savills, Telford has chosen Invesco and M&G as long term strategic build-to-rent partners for forward fund transactions.

M&G will be the Group’s priority partner for schemes including up to 200 build-to-rent homes and Invesco will have priority for more than 200.
