The firm is advising Midea Real Estate Holding Limited (“Midea Real Estate”) on its US$392 million global offering and IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and DaFa Properties Group Limited (“DaFa Properties”) on its US$107 million global offering and Hong Kong IPO.

LLC, in an offering by Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.96% Senior Notes due 2023. The offering was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The senior notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Vinson & Elkins advised TCFII Core LLC in the sale of Core Appalachia Holding Co LLC to Diversified Gas & Oil PLC for total consideration of approximately $183 million.

Core Appalachia is a privately held, independent producer, gatherer and processor of natural gas.
