Skadden announced today that David P. Wales has joined the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Group as a partner in its Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Wales is a highly regarded, U.S.-based antitrust lawyer, who most recently served as global head of the antitrust practice at another leading international law firm and previously was a senior official at both the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ).

Ltd. (NRT) for a 44.84% equity interest worth SGD 45.10 million (equivalent to approximately US$ 33.20 million or THB 1.04 billion). The transaction was completed and the disclosure to the Stock Exchange of Thailand was issued on March 7, 2018.
