Clifford Chance advises Frasers Hospitality on SG$250 million investment in Tokyo's Ginza district

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance advised Frasers Hospitality, a member of Frasers Property Group, on its SG$250 million investment to develop a new serviced residence in Tokyo's Ginza district. The property will be launched under the Group’s millennial-focused hotel residence brand Capri by Fraser. It is expected to open around 2020.

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Avico Group on the sale of its subsidiary Flybus to Transdev.

Avico Group offers a range of integrated services for the aviation transport industry, including aircraft leasing and chartering and airport facilities such as cabin cleaning and training. Flybus transfers passengers and aircrew between Paris Charles–de-Gaulle terminals and aircraft. It has a fleet of 50 buses serving more than 40 airlines, transporting over seven million passengers annually.

Ashurst advises Arla Foods on acquisition of Yeo Valley Dairies

Ashurst is advising Arla Foods on its proposed acquisition of Yeo Valley Dairies Limited, a subsidiary of Yeo Valley Group Limited. The transaction, which announced on 8 February, will give Arla the rights to use the Yeo Valley brand in milk, butter, spreads and cheese under an intellectual property licence. The Yeo Valley yogurt, ice cream, cream and desserts business will continue to be run independently by the Yeo Valley Group.
