PARTNER MOVES - Heavy hitter infrastructure lawyer Patrick Harder joins Norton Rose Fulbright in Los Angeles

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced that preeminent infrastructure and public-private partnerships (P3) lawyer Patrick Harder has joined its Los Angeles office. Patrick joins as US Co-Head of Infrastructure alongside Doug Fried. He will also be North America Co-Head of Infrastructure with Doug Fried and Canada Head of Infrastructure Jay LeMoine.

Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed litigation partner Melanie Ryan to join its Global Investigations team in London.

Melanie advises clients in disputes and investigations across all sectors with deep experience in the financial services, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. Her practice includes a particular focus on financial crime and related civil disputes.

Melanie was previously a partner and Head of Litigation Practice Group London with Morgan Lewis & Bockius.

Brown Rudnick announced that Michael R. Graif has joined the Firm’s New York office as a partner in the Intellectual Property group and the Trademark, Copyright and Advertising practice.

Graif brings more than 30 years of trademark and IP transactional experience. He focuses his practice on trademark enforcement, licensing and technology transactions, privacy, generative artificial intelligence (AI), social media and copyright matters.
