Parham joins the firm from RPC. He focuses on high profile and complex financial litigation with particular expertise in banking disputes, financial services and civil fraud. His most recent notable experience was as lead partner in the litigation on the Steinhoff case, South Africa's biggest corporate fraud scandal. This was a complex international civil fraud case and one of the top fraud cases in 2024.

International law firm Withers is delighted to welcome private client and tax attorney Laurence Ho back as a partner in its Hong Kong office. Laurence returns to Withers from Loeb and Loeb's Hong Kong team, having left the firm in 2017. He joins alongside a special counsel, a senior associate and an associate.

Rachel Tilley, an experienced Real Estate lawyer with extensive experience within both the commercial and residential property sectors, has joined Michelmores as a Partner in the Transactional Real Estate team.

Rachel’s expertise ranges from the strategic land sector and large schemes for major national housebuilders to smaller bespoke developments with local landowners.

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has expanded its Corporate, Investment Management, and Financial Regulatory & Compliance practices with the addition of two in-house counsels from major investment firms. Shareholder Patrick J. Kassen joins from Blackstone, where he most recently served as general counsel of their portfolio company Link Logistics and previously served as managing director and chief compliance officer of Blackstone Real Estate. K&L Gates Straits Law LLC, the Singapore office of global law firm K&L Gates, continues to expand its capabilities with the additions of partners David Kuo and Meraj Noor, enhancing its global Corporate practice. The pair joins the firm’s Singapore office from DLA Piper.

Emma Mann-Meginniss joins Cooley’s San Francisco office as a partner in the emerging companies and venture capital practice. She arrives from Goodwin Procter, where she was a partner, and will continue her focus on representing private technology and digital health companies and investors.
