Mishcon de Reya has announced that Robert Griffiths has joined the firm as a partner in its Innovation department.

Robert specialises in helping clients to resolve their most complex and business critical technology disputes. His clients are the suppliers and users of technology, as well as start-ups and scale-ups looking to commercialise technology products and solutions or disrupt markets through innovative use of new technologies.

Boies Schiller Flexner LLP announced that Dan Boyle has joined the firm as a partner in its Los Angeles office, marking his return to private practice after spending over five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Central District of California. Previously an associate in the firm’s New York office, Boyle will work on matters involving high-level white collar investigations, foreign corruption, and asset tracing and forfeiture.

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced that distinguished private equity dealmakers Tana Ryan and Navneeta Rekhi have joined the firm as partners in the Private Equity Group. Tana will be the managing partner of the firm’s new office in Los Angeles, and Nav will be based in the firm’s San Francisco office, which will be opening this summer.

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Terence M. Dunleavy as shareholder in the firm’s Gaming Practice in Chicago. He joins the firm from O’Rourke, LLP, where he was a partner.
