In addition to fund formation and management structuring, Peter has significant recent experience working on numerous GP-stake deals and secondaries transactions.

Shoosmiths has added bench strength to its intellectual property (IP) team with the strategic appointment of new partner, Antony Craggs.

Antony, who joins Shoosmiths’ London office from Lewis Silkin, is a highly experienced intellectual property lawyer, primarily focused on patent, trade mark and design litigation. He advises clients across a variety of sectors, including tech, medical devices, chemicals, mechanical products, fast moving consumer goods and retail, with deep multi-jurisdictional experience.

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has announced that leading legal technology and banking specialist Lucy Shurwood will join Solutions, the firm’s innovation practice, as a partner in Wavelength from Sep 2023.

Joining Simmons after seven years as a partner at another City firm, Lucy brings significant experience driving the development and delivery of legal technology and data solutions – predominantly for clients in the Financial Services sector.

Leading employment partner Graham Green joins from Reed Smith

Graham joins from US-headquartered international law firm, Reed Smith, where he was noted for his work advising clients, particularly in the TMT sector, on the complete range of employment matters from high-profile equal pay, discrimination and whistleblowing claims to complex global employment projects.

Real Estate Lawyer Paul Loeb is joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Amsterdam office as partner. Loeb was part of Shareholder David van Dijk’s team at NautaDutilh until 2020, when van Dijk joined Greenberg Traurig. Loeb now rejoins his old team, which also includes Barbara Klootwijk, Simone Wijngaard, and Coco van Zuiden.

Simon Brown and Paul Greening have joined the Firm as partners in the Energy Practice. Mr. Brown is based in the Brisbane Office and Mr. Greening is based in the Singapore Office.
