Deschaine has an established corporate practice focused on representing life sciences clients, particularly biotechnology and therapeutics companies. Her addition reflects Wilson Sonsini’s successful and ongoing efforts to expand its corporate life sciences practice.

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Jamie Spataro as its newest shareholder in its Pittsburgh office. Spataro, who previously served as a lead counsel for FedEx Ground, will join the firm’s Occupational Safety and Health Practice Group. His arrival marks the ninth shareholder addition to Littler in just the last three months.

Global law firm Reed Smith announced the appointment of Dr. Germar Enders as partner in its Munich office. Enders joins the firm’s Global Corporate Group from McDermott Will & Emery (McDermott) where he was counsel.

DLA Piper is growing and expanding its Los Angeles office with the arrival of Brian Hamano as partner to the firm’s Transactions Specialist subgroup within the Corporate Practice.
