Bruno Romagnoli joins Orrick’s Paris M&A and private equity team as a partner.
Bruno advises both listed and non-listed companies on M&A transactions as well as securities and stock exchange regulations. He will collaborate with Orrick’s Tech and Energy & Infrastructure teams, drawing on his deep experience in those sectors and a strong skill set in capital markets, private equity, restructuring and governance.
He joins from Weil, Gotshal & Manges and began his career at Freshfields.

Craig Byrne and Frederic Demeulenaere, both English-law qualified, join Orrick as partners in Milan, with a focus on complex financings for the energy & infrastructure sector and other innovative financing transactions.

O’Melveny announced that respected Texas trial lawyer Meghan McElvy has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner in its General Litigation Practice Group and Energy Industry Group. Her addition further expands O’Melveny’s acclaimed roster of Texas litigators and bolsters the firm’s formidable energy sector capabilities.

Mayer Brown announced that Aideen Brennan has joined the firm as a partner in its global Corporate & Securities practice in New York, further strengthening its financial services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity offerings. She was previously at Sidley Austin LLP.
