PARTNER MOVES - Former SEC corporation finance deputy director Mellissa Campbell Duru joins Gibson Dunn in D.C

Gibson Dunn is pleased to announce that Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) agency veteran Mellissa Campbell Duru has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance Practice Group. Mellissa’s practice will focus on advising clients on a broad range of SEC disclosure and compliance and corporate governance matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A advisory matters, strategic shareholder engagement, climate risk and compliance disclosures, and cybersecurity governance and incident reporting.

PARTNER MOVES - Duane Morris welcomes trial partner Eric A. Boden in New York

Eric A. Boden has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Trial Practice Group in its New York office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Boden was an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. Admitted to practice in New York, Boden’s admission to New Jersey is also pending.

PARTNER MOVES - Nicole M. Argentieri, former acting assistant attorney general in DOJ’s criminal division, to join Cravath

Cravath announced that Nicole M. Argentieri, who formerly served as Acting Assistant Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division, will join the Firm as a partner.

Ms. Argentieri will advise corporate and individual clients on civil and criminal matters, within Cravath’s Litigation Department as a member of its Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement Practice. She will be based in Cravath’s New York office.
