Kirkland & Ellis announced that leading private equity real estate attorney Yaman Shukairy has rejoined the Firm as a partner.

Holland & Knight has strengthened its Labor, Employment and Benefits Practice Group with the addition of Sarah Belger as a partner in the Firm’s Tysons office. Ms. Belger was previously a partner with Quarles & Brady.

Cleary Gottlieb announced that Humayun Khalid returned to the firm as a partner in its growing Capital Solutions and Private Credit practice. Humayun will focus on private credit origination, an area which has seen significant growth over the past five years.

Duncan, who will join the firm from Howard Kennedy, has extensive experience in international disputes with a particular focus on the energy sector and Africa-related disputes. These include matters relating to electricity generation and supply and renewable energy projects. He often advises on issues arising from joint ventures and commercial contracts.

Joining from White & Case, So focuses on derivatives transactions over a wide spectrum of asset classes, including cash and synthetic fixed income, rates, equity, credit, commodity, and FX products.
