Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP (Katten) announced the appointment of partner Oliver Williams to the firm's growing Corporate practice in London.

Williams joins Katten from PwC, where he led a legal team focused on Private Equity Portfolio and sponsor-backed transactions.
