She joins from Withers.

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that Nick Charlwood will join the firm in London as a partner in the Restructuring Department. Charlwood’s practice focuses on complex, cross-border debt restructurings, insolvencies and special situations financings.

King & Spalding announced that Will Rollins has joined the firm’s Business Litigation practice group as a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
