PARTNER MOVES - Pinsent Masons expands pensions team with partner hire

Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed pensions partner Anna Taylor, to join the firm’s Finance and Projects team in London.

Anna has over 20 years’ experience advising companies, investors, lenders, and trustees find solutions to the legal challenges they face in dealing with UK pension schemes.

Anna joins the firm from Taylor Wessing where she was a partner since 2021, having previously spent 11 years at Linklaters where she was Managing Associate and Counsel.

PARTNER MOVES - HFW continues Asia Pacific growth with hire of leading tech and energy disputes partner and senior associate in Singapore

Global, sector-focused law firm HFW has further expanded its international arbitration practice and continued the growth of its Asia Pacific offering with the appointment of disputes Partner Shaun Leong in Singapore.

Shaun joins HFW from Withers, along with Senior Associate Theodore Ang. This follows HFW’s hire of Singapore Legal Director Sinyee Ong in March 2025.

PARTNER MOVES - DWF welcomes 13-strong marine insurance team in London

DWF is delighted to confirm the arrival of a 13-strong marine insurance team to its London office. The team joins from Kennedys and includes five partners, six legal directors, senior associates and associates and two business support colleagues.

The team is led by Chris Dunn, formerly head of Kennedys' marine practice. Chris joins DWF, Thursday 1 May, alongside fellow partners Jonathan Evans and Andrew Purssell. Partners Michael Biltoo and Mark Lloyd will join later this summer.
