Cornilsen is qualified in both New York and Australia, and she represents leading investment and commercial banks, private credit funds and direct lenders, growth lenders and other financial institutions, as well as public and private corporate borrowers across a range of industries, including life sciences, technology, healthcare, fintech and industrials.

PARTNER MOVES - BCLP strengthens London disputes team with new partner hire

International law firm BCLP announced that Marc Thorley will join the London office later this month as a partner in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations practice group, within business and commercial disputes.  

Marc joins the firm from Baker McKenzie, where he previously served as EMEA Lead for its Global Financial Institutions Group. Prior to this, he spent twelve years as a partner at Simmons & Simmons, including a three-year stint in Hong Kong, where he served as Asia Head of Dispute Resolution.
