Hayes is a long-established expert in financial services regulation with a focus on regulatory investigations, including internal investigations and enforcement defence.

With broad sector experience, she brings particular expertise in the asset management sector and market abuse regulation.

UK law firm Shoosmiths has recruited tax partner Anika Chandra to grow its employee incentives offering as part of the firm’s corporate tax team.

Anika joins from Stephenson Harwood, where she advised a range of FTSE and AIM listed public companies and private company clients on all aspects of employee incentives, including the design and implementation of share plans and cash bonus arrangements, the tax aspects of the termination of employment, corporate transactions and reporting and other compliance obligations.
