DONG Energy signed an agreement to divest of a 50 per cent stake in the German offshore wind farm Gode Wind 1 with Global Infrastructure Partners. The purchase price amounts to approx. €780m.

DONG Energy is currently constructing the project with a capacity of 55 turbines and 330MW and will provide operation and maintenance services and market the power production.

Eversheds has advised Anchor, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people, on acquiring 29 care homes in the UK.
In the first transaction, Anchor acquired 24 care homes across the North and Midlands in a deal worth more than £100m from LNT Group.
Separately, Anchor has also acquired the UK Cavendish Healthcare Group business including five residential care homes in Essex and Suffolk.
The deals have increased Anchor’s property portfolio to 119 care homes.
