Setterwalls assists Ness, Risan & Partner in the sale of logistic properties in the Nordics for EUR 300 million to Cordea Savills newly established Nordic Logistics Fund

The portfolio consists of ten prime logistic properties in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, which Ness, Risan & Partners and Wilfast Förvaltning AB will continue to manage.

Elgiganten, DHL, Tata Steel, Ahlsell and Prime Cargo are among the tenants and the average remaining lease term is ten years. Elgiganten's Nordic hub in Jönköping and DHL's terminal in Gothenburg are part of the portfolio.

DLA Piper advises Ballast Nedam N.V. on the sale of its offshore activities

DLA Piper has advised Ballast Nedam N.V. on the sale of its offshore activities, which included the vessel Svanen, to a subsidiary of the dredging company Van Oord N.V. Ballast Nedam N.V.’s offshore activities consisted of engineering, procurement, construction and installation services for the construction of offshore wind farms.

The sale of the offshore activities took on the form of an auction process, with the transaction being completed under strict timeframes, in line with the announcement of Ballast Nedam N.V’s divestment programme.

DLA Piper advises EMMVEE on the sale of Solarpark Bronkow to Rheinenergie

DLA Piper has advised EMMVEE Solar Systems Private Ltd. (“EMMVEE”), an Indian producer of monocrystalline and polycrystalline photovoltaic modules, on the sale of Solarpark Bronkow Luckaitztal GmbH (“Solarpark Bronkow”) to the regional energy provider RheinEnergie AG. The solar park located near Berlin has an installed capacity of 11.4 MWp.

Freshfields advises Cinven and The Gondola Group on the sale of ASK Italian and Zizzi restaurants

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Cinven and The Gondola Group on the sale of the ASK Italian and Zizzi restaurant brands to Bridgepoint.

The transaction represents Cinven’s exit from its investment in Gondola, following the sales of the Byron restaurant brand in 2013 and of the PizzaExpress brand earlier this year. Freshfields has advised Cinven and Gondola on all three transactions. .

Total consideration for the transaction was £250 million.

Aberdeen sells property portfolio for DKK 513.5 million

The Scottish-owned property and investment manager Aberdeen has sold, through the Danish fund Aberdeen Property Fund Denmark P/S, eleven commercial properties to ATP and Industriens Pension for DKK 513.5 million.

The properties, previously owned by TDC, are situated across Denmark. Nine of the eleven properties will continue to be leased to TDC on long-term contracts. The portfolio includes a total area of approx. 52,000 square metres and is primarily concentrated in the areas of Greater Copenhagen, Odense and major cities in Jutland.

Castellum divest real property and operations for SEK 1.9 billion

Castellum’s subsidiary Fastighets AB Corallen has divested a real property portfolio comprising 53 properties in southern Sweden to Hemfosa Fastigheter for approximately SEK 1.9 billion. The transaction also includes a transfer by Castellum subsidiary Eklandia Fastigheter AB of a real property in Gothenburg to the same buyer. In connection with the divestment, all the employees in Corallen’s property management organization in Värnamo and Växjö will transfer to Hemfosa Fastigheter.
