Dacheng Advises Yummy Town (Cayman) Holdings Corporation on IPO and GTSM Listing

Shanghai-based senior partner Huang Xiamin attended the listing ceremony of Yummy Town (Cayman) Holdings Corporation (stock code: 2726) at Gre Tai Securities Market (“GTSM”).

Yummy Town (Cayman) Holdings Corporation, registered in Cayman and operating mainly in China, is a chain store serving tea and quick meals. It owns two brands, i.e., Happy Lemon and RBT Tea Café.

Initial Public Offering of iFAST Corporation Ltd

Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP acted as the legal adviser to DBS Bank Ltd and DMG & Partners Securities Pte Ltd, the joint issue managers, bookrunners and underwriters as to Singapore law in respect of the initial public offering and listing of 32,800,000 units in iFAST Corporation Ltd (the “Company”) on the Main Board of the SGX-ST. The market capitalisation of the Company at listing (based on the offering price) was S$243.4million. The Company has also granted an over-allotment option to DBS Bank Ltd. to purchase up to 3,280,000 additional shares.

Dacheng Advises Guangzhou Pubang Landscape Co., Ltd. on Private Placement

Guangzhou Pubang Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd. (“Pubang Landscape”, stock code: 002663) successfully offered 84,730,000 privately placed A-shares at the price of RMB13.01 per share. As of November 20, 2014, the private placement had brought a total of RMB1,102,337,300.00 in proceeds, and after deducting underwriting and other relevant costs, left RMB1,057,271,211.29. A Dacheng team composed of senior partner Shen Linping, associates Wang Hongsheng, Li Yi and Zhou Sisi issued attorneys’ legal opinion and advised Pubang Landscape on the private placement.

Freshfields advises on Shengjing Bank IPO

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised the underwriters on the US$1.3bn global offering and listing of Shengjing Bank on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange which took place today.

The listing is one of Asia’s largest bank IPOs by value in recent years.

Freshfields advised a consortium of the underwriters on the IPO, led by China Merchants Securities.

The Freshfields team was led by US corporate partner Calvin Lai and corporate partner William Woo, both based in Hong Kong.

Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Lovisa Holdings Limited (Lovisa) on its successful A$210 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Lovisa is a specialist fast fashion jewellery retailer with 220 stores in 8 countries around the world. It delivers quality, affordable and on trend products from concept to shop floor in approximately 8 – 10 weeks, allowing it to, on average, introduce more than 120 new lines of jewellery each week and showcase on average 2,500+ jewellery lines in its stores.
