MP Beteiligungs-GmbH, Kaiserslautern, sold its 10 per cent interest in MOBOTIX AG to Konica Minolta. In the course of the transaction Konica Minolata purchased additional 50 per cent from MOBOTIX founder and major shareholder Ralf Hinkel and 65 per cent in total of the shares of MOBOTIX.
Mobotix AG is a producer of video surveillance equipment and the belonging software. It distributes its products in 80 countries worldwide. The shares of the company are listed at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Entry Standard).
