TLT has grown its real estate specialism with the appointment of partner Claire Hamilton, associate Carrie Whittle and legal assistant Nicole Keate from JMW.

Based in TLT's growing Manchester office, Claire adds considerable experience in property investment, development and finance to the firm's real estate team, including commercial sales and purchases. She also brings valuable in-house experience from her time as in-house counsel at MCR Property Group.

 Moyenda M. Knapp has joined the Chicago office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP as of counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice. Prior to joining the firm, Knapp was a partner at MWH Law Group LLP.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP announced that David Klein has joined the New York office as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group.

Duane Morris & Selvam LLP (DM&S) is pleased to announce that Sean La'Brooy has joined DM&S constituent firm Selvam LLC in Singapore. The new Selvam LLC director was previously a partner at one of the big four local firms and more recently, a medium-sized commercial law firm.

Sean is an experienced disputes lawyer who graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LL.B. (Hons) degree and has been in practice for more than 19 years.

Mike Shaikh has joined Baker McKenzie's North America Tax Practice as Partner, bringing to the Firm experience in state and local tax (SALT) controversy and planning. Mike was previously at Reed Smith.
