Qureshi re-joins the firm from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where he served as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA). Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he was an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group in Reed Smith’s New York and Washington, D.C., offices for five years.

International law firm Proskauer announced the arrival of Ben Orlanski and Matthew O’Loughlin as partners in its Corporate practice resident in the Los Angeles office.

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Karl A. Fritton as a shareholder in its Philadelphia office. Fritton was previously a partner at Reed Smith LLP and a former leader of the firm’s labor and employment practice group. Fritton’s arrival, along with the addition of a team of labor lawyers in Chicago earlier this year, further expands the firm’s deep bench of attorneys representing management in labor matters. Since the beginning of this year, Littler has added 13 lateral shareholders to the firm.

King & Spalding has hired banking and finance lawyer Anne Vrignaud as a partner in the Corporate, Finance & Investments (CFI) Practice Group in Paris.

Vrignaud’s practice covers a wide variety of finance advice, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring work. She regularly advises major investment funds, banks and financial institutions as well as major French and international lenders on complex financings. Vrignaud was previously a partner at Baker McKenzie.

Following the addition of 11 health care attorneys in 2018, global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Denver office continues the strategic expansion of its Health Care & FDA Practice with the addition of Shareholder Michi Tsuda and Of Counsel Mimi Hu Brouillette. They join the firm from Squire Patton Boggs.
