DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, announces that it has reached an agreement to recruit four marine insurance partners from the law firm, Kennedys.

The partners joining DWF include Chris Dunn, currently head of Kennedys' marine practice. The other partners are Mark Lloyd, Jonathan Evans and Michael Biltoo. All four partners are based in London.

DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Julie Kearney, former Chief of the Space Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), as Co-Chair of the Space Exploration and Innovation Practice and a partner in the Telecom Group. She will be based in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has expanded its Commercial Dispute Resolution practice in Bristol with the appointment of Wesley O'Brien as a partner.

Lee is based in New York and Washington, D.C. and will serve as Chair of the Firm’s new National Security and Cross Border Litigation practice. Also joining Willkie as partners are Andrew Lichtman, who is based in New York, and Douglass Mitchell, who is based in Washington, D.C.
