Jang joins from Greenberg Traurig where he was a partner in the corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, foreign investment, private equity transactions and other general corporate matters. Jang has executed numerous high-profile transactions and has advised Korean companies on some of the most complex cross-border deals.
The Firm’s Italian practice will continue to be led by Nicola Saccardo, Partner in the private client team in London, who will have overarching responsibility as the Head of the Italian Practice.
