Bochum-based PropertyFirst GmbH operates at 12 locations and offers any commercial and technical property management services. It manages rental space of approx. 3 million m² and administers numerous rental apartments and owner communities. A team led by the Düsseldorf-based partner Dr. Martin Imhof provided legal and tax advice for the acquisition in its entire range.
