In a further expansion of its intellectual property practice, Morgan Lewis today welcomes Hosang Lee as a partner resident in Washington, DC. Hosang, who focuses on patent prosecution, licensing, and litigation, has extensively represented clients based in Korea and other parts of Asia. PARTNER MOVES - DLA Piper strengthens tax offering in Luxembourg with partner hire

DLA Piper has announced the appointment of Jacques Wantz as a partner in its Tax practice, based in Luxembourg. He will be joined by associate Emre Akan.

Jacques joins the firm from Allen & Overy, where he has worked since 2008. He specialises in international and corporate tax law, focussing on the tax aspects of cross-border private equity, real estate and debt investments and the tax structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds. Jacques also advises on the tax elements of corporate restructurings, securitisation and capital markets transactions.
