Delphine O'Rourke has joined Duane Morris LLP’s Philadelphia office as a partner in the firm’s Health Law Practice Group. She was most recently vice president of legal services and associate general counsel for Ascension, the largest Catholic health system in the world and the largest nonprofit health system in the United States.

Allen & Overy advises ING on financing for Lakiakangas wind farm in Finland

Allen & Overy and Borenius Attorneys LLP advised ING on the up to EUR 70.6 million project financing for the Lakiakangas wind farms located in Finland.

The Lakiakangas wind farms comprise of two operating Vestas V126 wind turbines with 3.45 megawatt nominal capacity each and further twelve Vestas V150 wind turbines under construction with 4.2 megawatt nominal capacity each. The financing was arranged by ING Bank, a branch of ING-DiBa AG, and ING Bank N.V. is acting as facility agent, security agent and hedging bank.

DLA Piper has advised 2 Sisters Food Group on the sale of its Manton Wood sandwich business to Samworth Brothers.

Located at Manton Wood, Nottinghamshire, it produces a range of retailer chilled sandwiches, wraps and rolls. The finalisation of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory clearances, which are expected to be completed in the coming months.
