Matheson recently advised West Coast based Druva Inc., the global leader in cloud data protection and management, on its acquisition of CloudRanger, an Irish based tech company that specializes in providing backup and disaster recovery services for Amazon Web Services Inc.’s public cloud.

International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised longstanding client Global Net Lease (GNL) on its £230 million refinancing which closed on 16 August.

The deal puts in place new debt for GNL's entire UK property portfolio, which consists of large, single-let buildings, let to anchor tenants including Amec Foster Wheeler, Harper Collins and Fujitsu on long leases.  The financing was led by Lloyds, acting as agent and arranger, with a £130m participation by PGIM Real Estate.

Morgan Lewis has advised Digital Colony, a global investment firm focused on mobile and internet infrastructure, on its investment in Stratto Ltd.

Stratto is a leading provider of DAS (distributed antenna systems) and small cell networks in the United Kingdom offering in-building mobile coverage solutions. Digital Colony will become the majority shareholder in the company.
