Niederer Kraft Frey advised Swiss biopharmaceutical company Idorsia Ltd on its offering of 11,912,000 new shares, corresponding to approximately 10% of its currently issued share capital, by way of an accelerated bookbuilding, and on its placement of CHF 200 million of senior unsecured convertible bonds due 2024.

CMS advises Bechtle AG on planned acquisition of Inmac Wstore in France

Frankfurt – German IT group Bechtle intends to acquire French IT provider Inmac Wstore S.A.S, which has 400 employees and sales of EUR 420 million. The acquisition is currently awaiting approval from the French authorities. A hearing of the employee representatives at Inmac Wstore is also required. For Bechtle AG, this would be the biggest acquisition in its history.

Linklaters advises Globalworth on the acquisition of the Spektrum Tower office building from Europa Capital for EU101m

Linklaters has advised Globalworth on the acquisition of the Spektrum Tower office building in Warsaw. The structure, a notable feature of downtown Warsaw, holds a total leasing area of about 29,500 sqm and is almost 90% leased.

Following this transaction, the total value of Globalworth's portfolio will exceeded EU1b and reach nearly 375,000 sqm.

The legal team advising on the acquisition was led by Warsaw real estate partner Janusz Dzianachowski, supported by associates Adriana Andrzejewska, Bartosz Guzinski and Monika Lerka.

KWM advises on historic Granville Harbour wind farm in Tasmania

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised Palisade Investment Partners on the financing for the development and construction of the historic 111.6 MW Granville Harbour Wind Farm.

Located near Zeehan, Tasmania, the project will feature 31 turbines and is backed by a power purchase agreement with Hydro Tasmania. The project will be developed by Palisade Investment Partners and marks the most significant renewable energy investment in Tasmania to date.

Ashurst advises Oxford Properties on sale of 50% stake in Paris portfolio

International law firm Ashurst advised Oxford Properties, the global real estate arm of the OMERS defined benefit pension plan, on the sale of a 49.9% stake in its French portfolio to a fund advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management for approximately €400 million.

The sale of a non-managing interest in 32 Rue Blanche, 92 Avenue de France and Paris Bastille gives Oxford Properties a strategic investment partner in Paris and releases capital to make further investments.
