DV4 and Oxford Properties form DOOR

Jones Day is advising DV4 Ltd (“DV4”), which is advised by Delancey Real Estate Asset Management Ltd, on the sale of DV4's interests in Get Living, the UK’s leading privately backed residential company, to Delancey Oxford Residential (“DOOR”) a new co-investment platform with initial capital commitments of £600 million; the establishment of DOOR, which includes the joint venture between DV4 and Oxford Properties; and on real estate matters related to the London scheme, Elephant Central in Elephant and Castle which is part of the Get Living portfolio.

Monaco Telecom to acquire MTN Cyprus

London – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it is advising Monaco Telecom on its agreement with MTN to acquire the entire issued share capital of MTN Cyprus for net sale proceeds of €260 million.  MTN Cyprus is the fastest growing mobile and fixed operator in Cyprus with more than 400,000 customers and 2017 revenues of €123 million.

Mr. Yan is an accomplished US lawyer who has gained a reputation as a distinguished business leader, effective government lobbyist and respected US and China policy expert. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles at global companies such as Qualcomm, Oracle, Microsoft and AT&T. In 2011 he joined Nielsen, where he led its overall business in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.
