Dentons has advised C&C Group plc, owner of drink brands such as Bulmers in Ireland and Magners and Tennent’s in the UK, on its acquisition of Matthew Clark (Holdings) Limited and Bibendum PLB (Topco) Limited ("Matthew Clark Bibendum") from Conviviality Brands Limited, a subsidiary of Conviviality plc. Conviviality plc collapsed into administration earlier this month.

KIDE Systems’ platform is utilized in all Nordic Countries and in many Central European countries. The company is headquartered in Oulu, and it has sales and delivery operations in Helsinki.

We acted as a legal advisor when Oivauni Oy sold the majority of its shares to Coronaria Oy on 3 April 2018. Following the arrangement, Coronaria and Oivauni offer services for people with sleep problems. The customer base includes private customers, corporate customers and the public sector.

Oivauni Oy was established in 2007. It specializes in the treatment of sleep disorders. The company’s turnover in 2017 was €1 million. Oivauni Oy has three sleep clinics, located in Helsinki, Tampere and Kuopio.
