Eversheds Sutherland advises OnTheMarket plc on property portal flotation
Eversheds Sutherland has advised OnTheMarket plc on its placing and admission to trading on AIM.
OnTheMarket plc, which starts trading on AIM today (9 February, 2018), is the parent company of longstanding Eversheds Sutherland client Agents’ Mutual, which owns and operates the UK online residential property portal OnTheMarket.com.
The offer, announced on 8 February 2018, values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Escher, an Irish plc listed on the AIM market on the London Stock Exchange, at approximately £34.80 million and £35.32 million on a fully diluted basis.
