Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced that private equity lawyer Nate Christensen has joined the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities practice as a partner in the Dallas office.

Global law firm Clifford Chance announces that Daniel Shurman, a highly experienced strategic equity solutions partner, is joining the firm in London as a Partner in its Derivatives and Structured Products practice. Daniel has a very strong reputation for leading complex and innovative strategic equity transactions in Europe and internationally and was previously a partner at Allen & Overy.

Dr. André Hofmann, LL.M. (Melbourne) (51) joined HEUKING’s Frankfurt office as an Equity Partner. An experienced lawyer specializing in financial regulatory law, Dr. Hofmann brings a wealth of expertise to HEUKING’s Banking & Finance division.

Previously, Dr. Hofmann was part of Linklaters, having transitioned there from CMS in 2007. He served as counsel at Linklaters since 2014.
