Igor Kukhta, an advisor to various actors in private credit transactions and other leveraged financings, joins Orrick as a partner in Paris.

Igor represents private credit lenders, special situations funds, corporations, private equity funds and banks in leveraged acquisition financings (with a specific focus on private credit), special situations and distressed financings, corporate credit facilities, debt restructurings and other debt financings.

Dr. Timo U. Piller will join HEUKING’s corporate law practice in Düsseldorf as a Salaried Partner, bolstering the teams led by Partners Dr. Guido Hoffmann and Dr. Marc P. Scheunemann. Timo Piller transitions from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he has been a part of the team since 2016, most recently serving as Counsel.
